All content, information, tasks, notes, and emails you add or ingest into the Service ("User Content") remains your property.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Service for you.
The Service provides integrations with third-party platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google, and Atlassian Jira ("Third-Party Services").
Your use of these Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Taskonomicon is not responsible or liable for the data, content, or availability of these Third-Party Services. The connection is provided "as-is" for your convenience.
You are responsible for providing and securing your own API credentials for these services.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to perform any illegal activity. You agree not to use the Service to abuse, harass, or harm others.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data may be permanently deleted. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Taskonomicon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
